1.DO you allow pets?

YES! We are pet lovers and you are more than welcome to bring your pets over! (Really that has to be my first thing to write down on FAQ) However, because the restaurant is not too big, if you are bringing a “less” friendly dog/ a large breed (i.e. German Shepherd), outdoor seating would be available for prior notice.

2. Do you have vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options?

We do offer vegetarian choices, however unfortunately we do not have vegan/gluten free options available.

3. Can you accommodate large group of more than 8?

We can arrange a private room for a group of 6-10 with reservations needed. If it is more than 10 people, please contact us at Loteezofoodltd@gmail.com for further guidance.

4. Do you have a kids menu?

Unfortunately, we do not. But we can try to accommodate to needs if our ingredients allow us to,

5. Where can I get nutritional info about your menu?

All allergens have been listed on the menus and if there is any special needs, please inform our staff members in advance.

6. Is there parking nearby?

The nearest parking (50metres walking distance) will be at Lincoln’s Inn Field, but as there are limited spaces, we recommend you go to Intelli-Park Covent Garden which is a 6 minutes walk to the restaurant.

7. How do diners send feedbacks?

Diners are welcome to provide any feedback through the feedback form.

8. What happens if diners are running late?

We will hold the table for 20 minutes, prior notice could help us re-arrange things faster.
